Andrew Roppel focuses on helping clients develop cost-effective trademark protection strategies domestically and internationally. He has extensive experience in managing large trademark portfolios, primarily in the food and beverage, restaurant, engineered industrial products, and computer software and hardware fields.
In his practice, Andrew regularly advises individuals and companies of all sizes on every aspect of the trademark lifecycle, including the selection, clearance, use, registration, policing and enforcement of marks. He also represents clients involved in trademark disputes and licensing matters.
Andrew brings extensive trademark experience to his private practice, having worked as a trademark examining attorney at the U.S. Patent and Trademark Office.
