Amanda H. Block Associate



Investment Management practice associate Amanda Block has experience assisting clients with Securities and Exchange Commission (SEC) compliance, reviewing Form ADVs before submission and evaluating investment advisory contracts.

While attending The George Washington University Law School, Amanda worked as a student honors intern in the Office of the Investor Advocate at the SEC, where she researched securities laws and policies to assess their potential impact on investors and financial professionals, wrote memoranda analyzing whether certain actions of financial advisers were in compliance with legal standards, and helped review and finalize the Office's annual Congressional report.
