Alexa Stemmler is a senior discovery attorney with the firm’s E-Discovery Services & Strategy practice. In this position, she counsels clients on the preservation, collection, review and production of electronically stored information, and oversees and manages document reviews as well as other discovery-related tasks. Alexa has reviewed documents and conducted quality control in a broad range of matters, including investigations, patent litigation, family law, and False Claims Act (FCA) and contract dispute cases. She also designs complex searches in order to locate key data, drafts privilege logs and develops case tracking analysis databases.
In addition to her eDiscovery work, Alexa has experience in a variety of corporate transactional matters. She has managed due diligence reviews and also drafts and analyzes contracts for clients on an ongoing basis.
