Aaron Dickinson represents emerging companies through all stages of their business life cycle, as well as venture capital funds investing in high-growth startups. He advises companies in equity and debt financings, as well as in entity formation, corporate governance, and commercial agreements. Aaron also represents buyers and sellers in complex sales transactions, including mergers, acquisitions, recapitalizations, and asset purchases. He has experience representing public companies in capital markets transactions, including a $1 billion convertible debt offering.
Aaron is also an adjunct professor of law at Seattle University School of Law, where he teaches contract drafting. Aaron graduated summa cum laude from Seattle University School of Law, receiving CALI awards for the highest grade in securities regulation, drafting for corporate finance, Uniform Commercial Code (UCC) secured transactions, property, and legal writing.
Prior to his legal career, Aaron served in the U.S. Army as an infantry officer, graduating from U.S. Army Ranger School and receiving the Army Commendation Medal for meritorious service while deployed overseas.
