Aaron represents emerging companies through all stages of their business lifecycle and venture capital funds investing in high-growth startups. He advises early-stage companies in equity and debt financings, as well as in entity formation, corporate governance, and commercial agreements. Aaron has experience representing buyers and sellers in strategic merger and acquisition transactions. He also has experience representing public companies in capital markets transactions, including a $1 billion convertible debt offering.
Aaron is also an adjunct professor of law at Seattle University School of Law, where he teaches contract drafting. Aaron graduated summa cum laude from Seattle University School of Law, where he received CALI awards for the highest grade in securities regulation, drafting for corporate finance, Uniform Commercial Code (UCC) secured transactions, property, and legal writing. Prior to his legal career, Aaron served in the U.S. Army as an infantry platoon leader and executive officer. While serving in the military, Aaron graduated from U.S. Army Ranger School and Airborne School and received the Army Commendation Medal for meritorious service while deployed overseas.
