    GAO Upholds $1.76B NASA Contract Protest Bid
    General News
    Partners Lee Curtis, Jeffrey Eisenstein, Donald Carney and William Bainbridge, and client Wyle Laboratories Inc., were featured in a Law360 article "GAO Upholds $1.76B NASA Contract Protest Bid."  In December, the U.S. Government Accountability Office upheld Wyle's protest of a NASA award of a $1.76 billion contract, and on May 14, the agency upheld its previous decision to overturn the award.
