Extensive Project Financing Experience 

We represent clients in a wide array of recourse and nonrecourse financing structures. These include senior and subordinated, secured and unsecured private debt; bond financing and securitizations; credit-enhanced and government-guaranteed financings; and equity, leveraged lease and mezzanine debt.
