Directions from Seattle–Tacoma International Airport
- via I-5 N.:
- Go southeast on S. Exit Dr. toward Terminal/Parking/Rental Car Return.
- Turn left onto Airport Expressway.
- Take the WA-518 east ramp toward I-405/Renton/I-5.
- Merge onto WA-518 east.
- Take the I-5 north exit on the left toward Seattle.
- Merge onto I-5 north.
- Exit onto Seneca Street, which is a left-lane exit (Exit 165).
- Merge onto Seneca Street and go west (toward the water) to 3rd Avenue.
- Our parking garage entrance is located on Seneca Street immediately after crossing 3rd Avenue.
- 3rd Ave from Stewart Street to just south of Yesler Way will be reserved for buses and people biking, from morning to night, 6 a.m. – 7 p.m., seven days a week.
Directions from From I-5 S.
These directions do not apply to the Express Lanes

- Take I-5 southbound.
- Exit onto Union Street (Exit 165).
- Head west (toward the water) on Union Street for approximately two blocks.
- Turn left onto 5th Avenue.
- Go two blocks to Seneca Street and turn right.
- Our parking garage entrance is located on Seneca Street immediately after crossing 3rd Avenue. Enter from the right lane.
Directions from Bellevue
- via Westbound SR520

- Take I-5 southbound.
- Exit onto Union Street (Exit 165).
- Head west (toward the water) on Union Street for approximately two blocks.
- Turn left onto 5th Avenue.
- Go two blocks to Seneca Street and turn right.
Our parking garage entrance is located on Seneca Street immediately after crossing 3rd Avenue. Enter from the right lane.
- via I-90 W.

- Follow signs for northbound I-5 and exit on Madison Street (on the right side of the freeway).
- Turn left to head west (toward the water) on Madison Street.
- Turn right on 4th Avenue, go two blocks north.
- Turn left on Seneca Street.
Our parking garage entrance is located on Seneca Street immediately after crossing 3rd Avenue.
Directions from Highway 99 Northbound

- Take West Seattle Freeway and exit to northbound 99.
- Exit from 99 onto Seneca Street, which is a right lane exit (Exit 165).
- Turn left onto 1st Avenue (first traffic light).
- Go one block on 1st Avenue and turn right onto University Street.
- Go two blocks on University Street and turn right onto 3rd Avenue.*
- Go one block on 3rd Avenue and turn right onto Seneca Street.
Our parking garage entrance is located on Seneca Street immediately after turning from 3rd Avenue.
*(Note: Right turns are permitted from University Street onto 3rd Avenue. From 3rd Avenue, the next right will be Seneca Street. As you turn onto Seneca Street, the only available 1201 Third Avenue Building garage entrance is located immediately on the right.)
Directions to our Bellevue Office from our Seattle Office

- When exiting our garage, turn right onto Seneca Street.
- Turn left immediately onto 2nd Avenue and left again onto Spring Street (one-way uphill, eastbound).
- As you cross 6th Avenue, take the entrance to southbound I-5 (immediately on the right).
- Get into the left lane and head onto eastbound I-90.
- After crossing Mercer Island on I-90, exit northbound on I-405 (Exit 10A).
- Proceed north on I-405.
- Exit on N.E. 4th Street (Exit 13A).and go west.
- Turn left (south) onto 110th Avenue N.E.
- Go through the N.E. 4th Street intersection and turn right into the Summit parking garage.
- Follow the signs to the PSE building and take the PSE building elevator to the lobby.
- Offices are located on the 7th floor.
