The COVID-19 Lease Amendment Toolkit was developed through a partnership between Perkins Coie, Communities Rise, and the City of Seattle Office of Economic Development. This Toolkit is designed to provide information and template documents to help small businesses and nonprofits with commercial leases navigate the negotiation of rent with their landlords.
