PORTLAND, Ore. (January 5, 2015) - Perkins Coie represented client TriQuint Semiconductor, Inc. (Nasdaq: TQNT), a leading radio frequency (RF) solutions supplier and technology innovator, in the close of its merger-of-equals with RF Micro Devices, Inc. (Nasdaq: RFMD), a global leader in the design and manufacture of high-performance RF solutions. The merger, which was initially announced in February 2014, creates a new Nasdaq-listed parent company, Qorvo, Inc. (Nasdaq: QRVO).
