DENVER, Colo. (July 6, 2016) - Perkins Coie represented Thompson Creek Metals Company Inc. (TSX:TCM) (OTCQX:TCPTF), a North American mining company, in its acquisition by Centerra Gold Inc. (TSX:CG), a Canadian-based gold mining company, for approximately $1.1 billion.
