(May 10, 2016) - Perkins Coie represented RangeMe, innovators of an online platform designed for retail buyers that manages proposals from worldwide suppliers across multiple categories to find and compare thousands of products from all over the world, in securing $4 million in funding for expanding its operations in the Unites States.

Led by Palo Alto partner Jason Schneiderman, the Perkins Coie team including Seattle partner Bryan Smith and Palo Alto senior attorney Mary Piciocchi represented RangeMe in reorganizing the company from Australia to the United States, securing Seed Financing and providing counsel on equity benefit matters.
