LOS ANGELES, Calif. (January 11, 2016) - Perkins Coie represented PNC Bank, National Association (NYSE: PNC), the sixth largest commercial bank in the United States, in the closing of a $16.5 million loan to Fairfield Winchester 1800 LLC, a Delaware Limited Liability Company, part of the Fairfield Residential group of companies. The loan is secured by a 174-unit apartment complex in Winchester, California known as Dakota Apartments.

Los Angeles partner David Larsen and Phoenix partner Liana Spendlove drafted and negotiated the loan documents and assisted in closing the deal.
