(February 27, 2018) - Perkins Coie represented Panjiva, Inc., a privately-held machine learning and data analytics company that provides intelligence on global supply chains, in its acquisition by S&P Global (NYSE: SPGI), a leading provider of transparent and independent ratings, benchmarks, analytics and data to the capital and commodity markets worldwide.
