SEATTLE, Wash. (September 23, 2014) - Perkins Coie represents Microsoft Corporation (Nasdaq “MSFT”) as U.S. counsel and primary intellectual property counsel in connection with its $2.5 billion acquisition of the Stockholm-based game developer Mojang, the creator of the “Minecraft” video game franchise.

Led by Seattle partner Kirk A.
