(February 4, 2015) - Perkins Coie represented client Dolce International Hospitality, LLC, a fund sponsored by Broadreach Capital Partners, in the sale of its subsidiary Dolce International Holdings, Inc., a provider and manager of group accommodations, for $57 million in cash to Wyndham Hotel Group, a subsidiary of Wyndham Worldwide (NYSE: WYN), the world’s largest and most diverse hotel company.
