SEATTLE, Wash. (March 4, 2014) - Perkins Coie represented client Cloudant, Inc., a privately held database-as-a-service (DBaaS) provider that enables developers to create next generation mobile and web applications, in its acquisition by IBM (NYSE:IBM).
