PORTLAND, Ore. (February 8, 2016) - Perkins Coie represented Cascade Microtech, Inc. (NASDAQ: CSCD), a worldwide leader in precision contact, electrical measurement and test of integrated circuits (ICs), optical devices and other small structures, in its acquisition by FormFactor, Inc. (NASDAQ: FORM), which helps semiconductor manufacturers test the integrated circuits (ICs) that power consumer mobile devices, as well as computing, automotive and other applications. The transaction values Cascade Microtech at $352 million based on the closing price of FormFactor’s stock on February 3, 2016.
