SEATTLE, Wash. (June 24, 2016) Perkins Coie served as counsel to The Boeing Company [NYSE: BA], the world's largest aerospace company, in its selection of MemorialCare Health System, a nonprofit integrated health care delivery system, for an innovative health plan option for Boeing's employees and their dependents in the Long Beach, South Bay and Orange County communities in Southern California. The Preferred Partnership is designed to improve health, enhance the patient experience and make health care more affordable for Boeing and those employees who choose it. The MemorialCare Health System program expands on similar programs implemented by Boeing in Puget Sound, Washington, St. Louis, Missouri and Charleston, South Carolina.
