(December 5, 2017) - Perkins Coie represented Ardmore Shipping Corporation (NYSE: ASC) in a public offering of 5.6 million common shares by Ardmore’s largest shareholder, GA Holdings LLC, and Ardmore’s concurrent purchases of over 1.4 million shares from the underwriters and GA Holdings LLC. Ardmore provides seaborne transportation of petroleum products and chemicals worldwide with its modern, fuel-efficient fleet of 27 tankers.
