Corporate Counsel’s Who Represents America’s Biggest Companies survey answers the question of which firms are hired most often by assembling PACER data for the Fortune 1000 in 10 key litigation practice areas for the previous calendar year. The data generally focuses on National Law Journal 350–sized firms but also includes smaller firms that are highly active in specific practice areas.
