ANCHORAGE, Alaska (October 3, 2017) - Perkins Coie is pleased to announce that Kevin R. Feldis has joined the firm’s Commercial Litigation practice as a partner in the Anchorage and Washington D.C. offices with an emphasis on complex litigation, white collar investigations, cybersecurity and corporate compliance. Kevin was the First Assistant United States Attorney and Criminal Division Chief with the U.S. Attorney’s Office in Alaska where he specialized in corporate investigations, fraud, environmental and cybercrime. Kevin is also a seasoned international lawyer, and served as the Department of Justice Legal Advisor at the U.S. Embassies in Baku, Azerbaijan and Jakarta, Indonesia. While with the Department of Justice (DOJ), Kevin was recognized for his litigation skills and legal judgment, earning him numerous recognitions, including the prestigious John Marshall Award.

Kevin has extensive experience handling matters that impact a diversity of industries, including financial, technology, communications, healthcare, transportation, maritime, oil and gas, fishing, timber and tourism. He has worked on cases with every division of the DOJ, including the Criminal Division, Civil Division, Environmental and Natural Resources Division, and the Tax Division, and with nearly every federal agency with regulatory or enforcement authority. As a member of the DOJ Criminal Chiefs Working Group, the DOJ Environmental Crimes Policy Committee, and DOJ’s Computer Hacking and Intellectual Property attorney network, he helped create national policy on a wide range of issues and collaborated with attorneys from many U.S. Attorney’s offices throughout the country. Kevin earned his J.D. from The University of Chicago Law School and received his B.A., cum laude, from Yale University.
