BOISE (July 31, 2019)–Perkins Coie is pleased to announce that Melanie G. Rubocki has been named Office Managing Partner in Boise. She succeeds Kelly Cameron, who served in the position since August 2016.

In addition to her new duties, Melanie will remain Head of the Corporate group for the Boise office, a member of the Firmwide Investment Committee, and a member of the firm’s Emerging Companies & Venture Capital practice. In her daily practice, she counsels clients in a number of industries including: cleantech and energy, technology, interactive entertainment, manufacturing, mining, consumer products and web and cloud-based companies, advising them on legal issues throughout all stages of their lifecycle. With an active M&A practice, Melanie also handles complex investment and M&A transactions and regularly advises directors and officers on corporate governance and fiduciary duty matters.
