Partner Jason Howell was quoted in The New York Law Journal article, "Retailers Face a Surge of Lawsuits Over Deceptive Pricing," regarding the fact that he expects the pace will depend in part on how courts rule on the pending cases, and how transparent advertisers are in setting prices.
