The U.S. Securities and Exchange Commission touted an expansive regulatory agenda at this year’s “SEC Speaks” conference, held Feb. 20-21, 2015, in Washington, D.C. Addressing an audience of current and former SEC staff, defense attorneys and industry professionals, senior SEC leadership highlighted its 2015 priorities, ranging from broker-dealer duties and disclosure requirements, to cybersecurity readiness and anti-corruption enforcement.
