Les Brown will participate in the Environmental Insurance panel at the 2014 Comprehensive Insurance Law Conference. Les will review essential recent environmental insurance updates, including the new Oregon statute. The conference will help attendees understand the legal and regulatory framework within the insurance industry. Attendees will be given the tools needed to understand the evolving insurance industry, from insurance basics and case law updates to current complex issues such as fraud, environmental claims, claims involving flood and earth movement, bad faith, and professional liability insurance. The conference will also address construction insurance, personal injury claims, stipulated settlements, additional insureds, insurance litigation, and mediation of claims.
