This program will offer a practical approach to how to effectively interview third party witnesses and others, such as employees in an internal investigation. We will provide you with hands-on advice on how to gain cooperation from reluctant witnesses or third parties over whom you have no power, voicemails to leave that are most likely to get a call back, how to get past “no,” and much more.
