PORTLAND, Ore. (November 9, 2017) - Perkins Coie is pleased to announce that Chris Hall has been named Firmwide Co-Chair of the firm’s Corporate & Securities practice.

Chris, a partner in the Portland office of Perkins Coie, focuses his practice on serving clients in matters involving corporate finance and acquisitions and dispositions. Chris manages complex transactions having strategic importance to a company's future. He has extensive experience with transaction structuring and has completed an extensive number of acquisitions and dispositions, leveraged buyouts, recapitalizations and reorganizations, as well as a wide range of public and private capital market transactions and negotiated investments. Chris also represents private equity firms in fund formation and capital deployment.
