Zhanping (Ping) Wu, a corporate attorney in the Palo Alto office, focuses her practice on emerging growth companies. Her practice includes corporate formation, venture capital financings, mergers & acquisitions, public offerings, technology transfer transactions and general business counseling.
With both China and U.S. legal education, Ping also has extensive experience advising clients making investments with Asian implications and is actively involved in the firm's China practice. As a former IP litigator, Ping has experience in intellectual property protections and planning as well.
