| Associate
William Fronczak is an associate in the firm's Environment, Energy & Resources practice group. Mr. Fronczak's practice focuses on water development, water acquisition, storm water discharge, wet land regulation, waste water discharge, brownfield redevelopment, review of environmental issues relating to real estate development, contaminated site corrective action, and litigation involving water and environmental issues. Mr. Fronczak is also actively involved in the development of clean/green technology solutions to clients' water supply, water storage and water treatment problems. In addition to Mr. Fronczak's practice, he routinely lectures on water supply, water quality and water law issues across the country including as an adjunct professor at the University of Colorado. Mr. Fronczak is also a registered professional engineer in Colorado, Wyoming and Georgia.
