Co-Chair, Intellectual Property Litigation Practice
Bill Cahill has more than three decades of experience representing clients in the areas of complex commercial litigation, product liability, intellectual property litigation and patent litigation. He also has substantial experience representing clients in unfair competition and false advertising matters. In addition to his extensive litigation practice, Bill has been involved in numerous commercial arbitration actions involving natural gas supply contracts, warranty, and breach of contract cases. He has also served in numerous cases as an appointed commercial arbitrator.
