Terry Wikberg is a partner in the firm's Litigation group. Terry's practice focuses on intellectual property matters, including patent and trademark litigation, prosecution and client counseling. He has extensive experience both at the U.S. International Trade Commission and in U.S. Federal District courts throughout the country. He has represented clients in a wide variety of technological areas, including welding equipment, mobile communications and networks, fiber optics, aircraft engines, video gaming technology, data encryption, sporting goods and equipment, consumer electronics, medical devices, and digital media storage devices.
Prior to attending law school, Terry had a successful career as Director of Engineering in the aviation industry, where he supervised product development, implementation and support for passenger-to-cargo conversion modification kits for large commercial aircraft.
