Todd Kerr is a partner in the firm’s Commercial Litigation practice and former chair of the firmwide Securities Litigation subpractice group (2014 – 2019). He has more than 30 years of experience in a wide variety of complex litigation matters, including securities, corporate control and governance, professional liability, antitrust, mergers and acquisitions, blockchain and digital asset regulation and litigation, class actions, unfair competition, and other business torts. His experience includes matters in state and federal court, appeals, arbitrations, and state and federal investigations. Todd also currently serves as managing partner of the firm’s Phoenix Office.
Todd’s practice extends to a wide array of clients, including public and private companies, startup entities, partnerships and joint ventures, technology development companies, accounting firms, financial advisory firms, law firms, and other professional entities. He also serves as counsel for several large family offices and related companies in Arizona.
