Sarah E. Lysons



Sarah Lysons is an associate with the firm's Technology Transactions & Privacy practice and a member of the Electronic Financial Services and Privacy & Security groups. Sarah works with clients ranging from small startups to multinational corporations in the Internet, wireless, retail, gaming, software and payment industries. She negotiates and drafts both commercial and consumer-facing agreements, including service contracts, software licenses and developer agreements, promotion rules, and Website terms of use. She also regularly advises clients on regulatory and industry rule compliance with federal consumer protection laws, card association rules, payment card industry data security rules, security breach laws, telecommunication regulations, state lottery laws and federal import/export authorizations. Additionally, Sarah focuses her pro bono practice on issues related to juvenile law, children’s rights and the child welfare system.
