Suleen Lee, an associate in the firm's Real Estate & Land Use practice, focuses her practice on commercial real estate matters. She has experience in numerous loan sales, loan modifications, and hotel transactions, including acquisitions and dispositions. Suleen is a member of the firm's Airport Concession Industry Group and has represented multiple concession operators in obtaining Airport Concession Disadvantaged Business Enterprise (ACDBE) certification.
