Six From Perkins Coie Named Among World's Top Aviation Lawyers
Press Release
SEATTLE (November 15, 2004) – Perkins Coie LLP announced today that six of its partners have been named among the world's top aviation lawyers by Legal Media Group's "Expert Guides," a reference source for in-house counsel in large corporations worldwide.
Five of the six attorneys are from the Northwest. Brent Bullock, in the firm's Portland office, and Peter Archie, who splits time between the Portland and Seattle offices, were named top transactional lawyers. They were the only transactional lawyers from the Northwest and were among a group of only six transactional lawyers in the entire western United States to make the list. Jeffrey Wool from the firm's Washington, DC office was also named to the list.
Keith Gerrard, John Dillow and Steve Bell, all from Seattle, were named top litigators. They were the only litigators from the Northwest to make the list, and were among a group of just five litigators in the entire western United States on the list.
"Perkins Coie has a long history of serving aviation clients, going back to 1916 when the firm incorporated The Boeing Company," said Robert E. Giles, Managing Partner. "I'm very proud that these six have joined with dozens of their colleagues to help make us one of the nation's leading firms serving a wide variety of aviation companies."
The "Expert Guides" lists are developed from questionnaires and interviews of more than 3,500 senior practitioners and in-house counsel around the world.
