Susan E. Foster

Susan Foster, a partner in the firm's Litigation group, focuses her practice on antitrust and trade regulation counseling and litigation including, Hart-Scott-Rodino premerger notification matters, intellectual property litigation, and complex business and financial litigation. Her clients encompass businesses from a range of high-technology industries, including aerospace, computer software and the Internet.
