Susan Fahringer is a partner in the firm's Commercial Litigation group. She has over nineteen years' experience representing clients involved in complex commercial and business litigation, class actions, intellectual property litigation (focusing on trade secret, copyright and trademark litigation), and online privacy and security litigation. Susan has represented emerging companies and established corporations in a wide variety of industries, from Internet and high-tech companies to capital equipment manufacturers.
Susan has served on the firm's Management and Executive Committees and as the chair of the firm's Intellectual Property Litigation practice group.
