Susan Fahringer, a partner in the firm's commercial litigation practice, has over 18 years' experience representing clients involved in complex business and commercial litigation and intellectual property litigation (including copyright, trademark and trade secret litigation). She has represented individual artists and professionals as well as clients from a variety of industries, from video game and software companies to capital equipment manufacturers. Susan also has substantial experience counseling clients with respect to protection and enforcement of their intellectual property rights and in helping clients develop and enforce anticounterfeiting programs.
Susan has worked for Perkins Coie since 1990. She has served on the Firmwide Executive Committee since 2000, has served on the Firm's Management Committee since 2007, and has served as Chair of the Firmwide Intellectual Property Litigation Practice Group.
