Sheree Strom Carson is a partner in the firm's commercial litigation practice group. She represents electric and gas utilities and telecommunications companies in regulatory litigation before the Washington Utilities and Transportation Commission, state court, and federal court. Her practice also includes litigation and negotiated resolution of contract disputes, lease and real estate disputes, and land use appeals of local governmental permitting actions. In addition, Sheree represents property owners, utilities, and public entities in eminent domain actions.
