Steve Bell has more than 36 years experience working with the aviation industry. He has represented aviation manufacturers in litigation across the United States and in several foreign countries involving transport aircraft, general aviation aircraft, rotorcraft and other products. He also counsels aviation manufacturers on how to reduce product liability risk. He has also defended a phone company in wire strike litigation and defended the manufacturer of an Army armored personnel carrier. He has unique experience in defense of cases involving military aircraft accidents.
