Dick Prentke, a partner in the firm's Construction practice, has more than 30 years of experience handling construction transactions, counseling and disputes. His work includes architectural, engineering, construction-management, design-build, consultant, and construction transactions; procurement issues; alternative dispute resolution, including mediation, intervention, DRBs, mini-trials, and arbitration; and the litigation of construction, procurement, technical, and competition issues. He has worked on construction projects and programs in the United States and Asia.
