| Senior Counsel
Reg Koehler has more than 40 years of experience in estate planning for individuals and families, including the administration of many large, complex estates. He has represented both fiduciaries and objectants in a broad range of litigation relating to estates and trusts including will contests, contested accountings, and estate and gift tax disputes. He is a consultant to other lawyers, accountants, life underwriters and financial planners, and has extensive experience with charitable giving and the administration of charitable organizations. Reg was elected into the American College of Trust and Estate Counsel in 1980 and was the chair of the Personal Planning practice at Perkins Coie from 1992 to 1997. He actively advises individual clients in the multiple states where he is admitted to practice.
