Rebecca Engrav is a partner in the firm's Litigation practice and a member of the firm's Intellectual Property Litigation group. She prosecutes and defends intellectual property matters in the areas of both copyright and trademark, with a particular focus on Internet-related copyright disputes. In addition to intellectual property matters, she represents clients in a wide range of complex commercial litigation, including contractual disputes and Internet and technology law. Her practice includes First Amendment and other constitutional and public law and election law litigation. As a Trial Fellow at the King County Prosecuting Attorney's Office, she tried five felony jury cases.
Rebecca is the editor of and a contributing author to the firm's IP litigation blog, IP Litigation Update.
