Rebecca Engrav is a partner in the firm's Litigation practice and a member of the firm's Intellectual Property Litigation group. She prosecutes and defends intellectual property matters in the areas of both copyright and trademark, with a particular focus on Internet-related copyright disputes. In addition to intellectual property matters, she counsels leading Internet and technology companies and represents them before U.S. regulators on e-commerce issues, including consumer protection and other legal issues regarding Internet advertising.  She also represents Internet platform companies in litigation regarding terms of use, advertising, and liability for content.  Her practice includes First Amendment and other constitutional and public law and election law litigation. As a Trial Fellow at the King County Prosecuting Attorney's Office, she tried five felony jury cases.

Rebecca is the editor of and a contributing author to the firm's IP litigation blog, IP Litigation Update.
