Overview

Perkins Coie’s Product Liability team has extensive experience defending clients in high-profile, high-risk matters. We are experienced in representing clients through regulatory processes, including counseling them on appearances before the U.S. Consumer Product Safety Commission (CPSC), the National Highway Traffic Safety Administration (NHTSA), the Food & Drug Administration (FDA) and regulators in the European Union and Asia.
