Pravin Rao Quoted on Decade's Financial Crises

Chicago Partner Pravin Rao was recently quoted in an article on law360.com about the financial crises from the past decade, from Enron to the financial market meltdown of 2009. "I think what happened is that Enron was at the beginning of the decade, and you had a lot of fallout," Rao was quoted as saying. "The rules, at least in securities cases, became in flux."
