Chicago Partner Pravin Rao was quoted in the Reuters article "Lifting the Lid: Wall Street Probes Target Complex Securities." The article discussed the recent financial industry meltdown and the string of executive investigations and prosecutions that have followed. "In the investigations that are probably underway right now it is a difficult thing to try to find a paper trail to the head of some of these large institutions because they are a lot more careful at that level," said Rao. "If the public is out there crying for someone's head to hang in the next two months, they may be left wanting because these are complex cases."
