Perkins Coie represented Intermec, Inc. (NYS: IN), a leading provider of data capture and information management solutions, in its acquisition by Honeywell International Inc. (NYS: HON). The all-cash transaction is valued at approximately $600 million, net of debt and cash acquired.

Perkins Coie announced that Sarah J. Crooks, a Partner in the firm’s Portland office, has been recognized by the Oregon State Bar Association (OSB) with the 2012 Justice Edwin J. Peterson Professionalism Award, which was presented at the OSB Annual Awards Luncheon on Thursday, November 29 at The Governor Hotel in Portland.
