Danielle Benderly, a partner in the Portland office, spoke at the NCEO/Beyster Institute 2009 Employee Ownership Conference on a panel titled "The Reprice is Right" that discussed many facets of repricing/option exchanges: including reasons they are now more common, statistics about current exchanges, an overview of value-neutral exchanges, tender offer concerns and shareholder approval issues, and accounting ramifications.

Steve Hedberg, Jeannette Thomas and attorneys from the Real Estate & Land Use group led an interactive discussion about the impact of tenant bankruptcies and potential strategies in response.

Partner Danielle Benderly was featured speaker at the Western Pension & Benefits Conference.  She spoke on "Current Trends in Equity Compensation."
