Perkins Coie Secretary Receives NALS of Oregon Award of Excellence

PORTLAND, ORE. (March 12, 2003) – Jo Ann Gilliland, PLS, received the Award of Excellence (Legal Secretary of the Year) from both the Portland and statewide chapters of NALS, the association for legal professionals. NALS is a nonprofit, professional, and educational organization composed of personnel who work in any capacity in law-related offices and agencies. Jo Ann has served as Legal Education Chair of NALS of Portland (Oregon) for four years and in that capacity has organized monthly CLEs for members and the legal staff of over 300 law firms in the Portland-metro area.
