Perkins Coie Represents TechCrunch in AOL Acquisition

SAN FRANCISCO (September 2010) –  Perkins Coie served as corporate counsel to TechCrunch in its recent acquisition by AOL.   TechCrunch is a leading online technology media property.  Founded in 2005, TechCrunch and its network of websites reach over 10 million unique visitors and draw more than 33 million page views per month.
