Perkins Coie Relocates Shanghai Office

Shanghai (August 18, 2011) – Perkins Coie has announced that its Shanghai office will be relocating in order to accommodate the continued growth of the China practice, effective August 19, 2011. Perkins Coie opened the Shanghai office in 2006 to serve multinational clients conducting business in China as well as clients from China doing business in the United States.
The Shanghai office expands the firm’s existing Asia practice, which remains heavily focused on intellectual property, to include life sciences, corporate finance and securities, international business and personal planning. Partnering with the attorneys in the Beijing office, the Shanghai attorneys are able to provide clients with the most up-to-date advice on how the interpretation and application of PRC laws and regulations affect their business.
